Pilates has always emphasized quality over quantity, and unlike many systems of exercise, Pilates exercises do not include a lot of repetitions for each move. Instead, doing each exercise fully, with precision, yields significant results in a shorter time than one would ever imagine.

Zulee started her exercises and knew how to loose her weight correctly since she was 14 years old. She exercises regularly until she had been inspired about Pilates Method when she was in Ireland 2 years ago so she studied a full time student and enrolled in a Pilates Teacher Training Certification program at The Method Pilates Physicalmind Institute from New York in early 2009.
We offer Mat and Apparatus based group and private Pilates sessions
       Known for our friendly and personable approach, we conduct our classes in small groups to promote greater learning and interaction between our instructors and students.

        We want our students to tell us of any injuries or problems so we can make sure to incorporate the exercises that will suit them best.
